Early Years of Midland Cemetery

The following photos will give you a gradual look at Midland as the restoration process began. This process took many years to get it to look as it does today. Please note that the process was not easy nor was it an over night or year task. In the beginning 1991-1993 the Pennsylvania Conservation Corp would assist with cutting the trees down. Each section was done for three consecutive years. They did not remove the stumps, those were removed as the years progressed.
